Discover the profound connection between breath and performance

Extreme performance training (XPT) was founded by Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece, as a culmination of 30 years in elevating high athletics, chasing giant waves, and exploring human possibilities. This unique system emerged from a tenacious curiosity about human performance, the necessity for injury proofing the body, and an exploration of health and longevity. XPT stands for Extreme Performance Training, and whether that means crushing presentations in the boardroom, having the energy to be a good parent, maintaining the emotional stability to communicate with your partner, or maximizing your potential in elite level sports, being an extreme performer means completing these tasks at the highest possible potential while not allowing the other areas of your life to suffer.

Unleash your full potential

XPT places a strong emphasis on breathwork techniques derived from ancient practices such as pranayama and modern methods like those found in the Wim Hof Method. Participants engage in specific breathing exercises to improve oxygenation, manage stress, and enhance recovery. Strategies such as meditation, visualization, sleep optimization, and stress management techniques are integrated into the program to support mental well-being and enhance overall recovery.

The program is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds, from elite athletes seeking to optimize performance to recreational enthusiasts looking to improve their health and fitness.

Elevate your mind, energize your body,
and awaken your spirit with XPT breathwork.
Your adventure awaits.
